In moderating the servers, upholding the rules and regulations within the server, and serving the community as a whole. Joining the staff team would mean a lot to me as well as it has always appealed to me with the system and the whole structure of it. My skills and traits would also be put to the best of uses in the staff team. I duly believe as well with my time put into the staff team, I would make a great fit within the team, I would also have something to do and actually fulfill in my free time. I also have lots of experience on other servers such as, Icefuse RP - Moderator & Gamemaster, Synergy RP - Moderator, and other smaller servers as staff positions. [/color] 2. [color=#3498db]- Be bias towards people, such as friends or someone you dislike, you should not pick a side depending on your opinion of someone. - Overuse your powers or you use them for personal gain, such as giving yourself better weapons, money, or whitelisting yourself to something you didn't train or earn for. - Break server rules, the ones I am to enforce.[/color] 6. Define LTAP. [color=#3498db]Leaving the server to avoid punishment after breaking a server rule.[/color] 7. When should a staff member get involved in the event of someone trolling? [color=#3498db]A staff member should get involved when it starts to interfere with other players experiences. [/color] 8. What are the duties of a staff member. [color=#3498db]The purpose and duties of a staff member are to enforce server rules and make sure the server is running smoothly. They keep trolls and minges out of games and to make sure everyone is having an enjoyable time on the game. [/color] 9. When should you uncloak while on duty? [color=#3498db]When you are not flying/moving around the map and when you are talking to someone directly. You shouldn't uncloak during any RP situations.[/color] 10. How would you handle the following situation? A shock trooper arrested a player for fail role play. Upon his release the player continues to break character and is bunny hopping around the base. [color=#3498db]I would warn the FailRPer and give him punishment if needed, I would explain to him what he is doing and why he shouldn't be doing it. If the player continues I would kick or ban him on the case of his actions. I would also tell the shock trooper to call a staff member to deal with the FailRPer.[/color] 11. Who does a trial moderator answer to? [color=#3498db]A T-Mod answers to anyone above him using the chain of command as well. But he should also listen to the community on their thoughts and what they'd want you to improve on or what they'd like the server to improve on as a whole.[/color]
